- You say hold you when you want to be picked up. It melts my heart and I can't say no.
- You still love to dance! You twist, stomp your feet, move your arms back and forth, and sway your hips side to side. So cute.
- You pat our backs when we pick you. Hehe.
- Can point and say the words for where your back, cheek, chin, thumb, and fingers are at for body parts
- We are starting to see a little bossy (or strong leadership) personality coming out. You will yell no at people randomly that you don't know, you yell no at Lucye if she wants to go drink her water or play with her toys (things that you can't touch) and sometimes you will yell out things that you think other kids should do at the playground (ex. slide)
- Your hugs are just the best. You know will wrap your arms around our necks and squeeze really really tight.
- You now nod your head yes for yes questions. You aren't always accurate but close and the nod of the head is just the precious thing.
- You are so into your baby doll right now. You carry it around all the time. You push the baby in the stroller, you change her diaper, you feed her water from your sippy cup or play cup, and like to rock her. You call her baby.
- You love to point out planes and the moon in the sky. You will say zoom after you talk about the plane.
- You like to grab our hands and lead us to what you want us to do or what you want especially if we aren't paying attention at the moment
- Can say monkey and horse and know what they both say
- You have become terrified of the vacuum. It is so sad. If one of us is not holding you while it is on, you start crying hysterically.
- Recognize and say oval, diamond, and circle this month; recognize and say the number 4.
- You moved into the big tub!! You love it even more than your plastic tub although you still like to sit in your plastic tub outside of the tub on the floor.
- You love mommy's necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings. You love to put on mommy's necklaces and bracelets and wear them all day long. You are such a girly girl.
- You've been using utensils for several months now but have become a pro lately and want to use them all the time. You ask for them if we don't have them at the meal. You ate chicken nuggets with a fork the other day. You haven't shown a preference for which hand you use with your utensils yet. Sometimes you have a spoon in one hand and a fork in the other and will alternate between which one goes in your mouth with food.
- You are starting two word phrases sometimes with a little prompting.
- You love to watch people leave the house. Whenever Daddy or Uncle Jordan or a visitor leaves the house you say "watch" and we go to the study window(which is in the front of the house) and you watch them get in the car and leave them. It makes you so happy.
- Whenever I or Daddy tell you that mommy's cooking you immediately ask "chili? soup" every. single. time. Hehe. I guess those are your favorites.
- Lots of new words; music, sleep sack, couch, buggy, library, Target, bike, boo bug (Boba wrap), so many more but I can't remember them all. You learn a new word every day.
- Favorite songs this month: Let It Go from Frozen, Austin and Ally songs (Steal Your Heart), It's a Beautiful Day by Michael Buble
- You had strep twice this month. It was not fun at all. I'm hoping we don't get it again for a long time.
- You are starting tantrums more frequently. However, if you are in the middle of one I can start a video of you crying and screaming and you will stop immediately and want to come watch yourself.
You amaze us every day. We love you sugar pie!
